摘　　要：目的:探讨产褥期妇女母婴健康素养与分娩方式的相关性,以期为妇幼保健工作提供参考依据。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年5月在银川市社区管理的产褥期妇女进行问卷调查。结果:银川市产褥期妇女具备母婴健康素养的比例为16.1%(140/871);具备母婴健康素养的产褥期妇女,除年龄≥32岁、高中或中专文化程度外,其他特征中的自然分娩率均高于剖宫产率;剖宫产组健康素养总分及各方面知识得分均高于自然分娩组。结论:产褥期妇女对母婴健康知识的掌握程度与分娩方式相关。Objective:To explore the correlation between maternal and child health literacy and delivery mode of puerperium women in order to provide reference for maternal and child health care.Method:From May 2019 to May 2020,the puerperium women who were managed in Yinchuan community were enrolled,questionnaires survey were conducted.Results:The general level of maternal and child health literacy of puerperium women in Yinchuan was 16.1%(140/871).In puerperium women with maternal and infant health literacy,excepted for age≥32 years old,high school or technical secondary school education,the natural delivery rate in other characteristics was higher than the cesarean section rate.The total score of health literacy and knowledge in cesarean section group were higher than those in natural delivery group.Conclusion:The mastery degree of knowledge of maternal and infant health in puerperium women is related to the mode of delivery.
