摘　　要：目的为满足部队遂行多样化保障任务需求,解放军总医院第六医学中心紧贴实战、开拓创新,积极探索建立适合我军自身特点规律的应急卫勤分队新体系。方法通过强化战备意识、抽组重建卫勤队伍、建立快速应急响应调度机制、完善应急保障预案、建立指挥机构、卫勤训练等几方面加强应急卫勤分队规范化建设。结果中心成立了多支能适应不同种类灾害事故的应急卫勤分队,整体提升了我院卫勤应急保障能力和医疗救援水平。结论应急卫勤分队新体系的建立,有效提高了军队医院遂行不同卫勤保障任务的能力。Objective In order to meet the nceds of the diversified support tasks of the military.our hospital closely fullowing the actual combat,pioneering and innovative,and actively explores a new medical security system that suits our military's own characteristies.Methods Strengthen the standarlization of emergeney medical serice units by strengthening the awareness of war preparedness,rebuilding the medical service team,establishing a rapid emergeney response dispatching mechanism,improving the emergeney support plan,establishing the command onganization,and trainingmedical training,and effectively improwing the different medieal senice units.Results The center has establi-hed multiple emergency medical service teams that can adapt to different types of disasters and aceidents,which has improved our hospital's medical emergeney support capabilities and medical rescue levels.Conclusion The establishment of a new emergency medical service unit system has effectively improved the ability of military hespitals to perform different medical support fasks.
