内生增长和周期波动整合研究领域的前沿进展——以基准模型为基础的评介

摘　　要：以现有理论文献为基础,本文首先归纳出一个基准随机增长模型,用以阐明内生增长和周期波动整合研究领域所使用的理论模型的核心机理。基准模型指出可积累要素边际生产力不变是该领域理论模型的基本特征,并且这一特征有两种具体的实现方式,不同实现方式下模型的冲击传导机制有着显著的区别。据此,本文把现有研究分为两类,无目的性技术投资设定下的研究和有目的性技术投资设定下的研究。然后,本文围绕内生增长和周期波动整合研究领域的三个议题对这两类研究的前沿进展展开评介。其中,本文重点关注了有目的性技术投资设定下的前沿研究如何提高了模型对增长趋势波动的现实特征的模拟能力,并在结论部分探讨了这些前沿进展对中国经济增长趋势研究的启示。Based on the existing theoretical literature, this paper first summarizes a benchmark random growth model to clarify the core mechanism of the theoretical model used in the field of endogenous growth and cyclical fluctuation integration research. The benchmark model points out that the constant marginal productivity of accumulable factors is the basic feature of the theoretical model in this field, and this feature has two specific ways to achieve it. The impact transmission mechanism of the model under different implementation methods is significantly different. Based on this, this paper divides the existing research into two categories, research under the setting of goalless technology investment and research under the setting of purposeful technology investment. Then, this paper focuses on three topics in the field of integrated research on endogenous growth and cyclical fluctuations to comment on the frontier development of these two types of research. Among them, this paper focuses on how cutting-edge research under the setting of purposeful technology investment improves the model’s ability to simulate the realistic characteristics of growth trend fluctuations, and in the conclusion section discusses the enlightenment of these cutting-edge developments on China’s economic growth trend research.
