摘 要:某矿业矿体平均厚度约为0.2 m,倾斜角为30°~35°,属于缓倾斜极薄矿脉,其顶底板稳固性较好,矿山原采用全面法开采,存在贫化损失大、工人劳动强度高、劳动效率低等问题,为实现缓倾斜极薄矿脉的安全高效、低贫损开采,研发了分条掏切式空场采矿法。矿山应用结果表明:该法贫化率和损失率均为6%,比原全面法分别降低了74个百分点和4个百分点,且操作简单,为企业带来了良好经济效益。The ore body in a mine with 0.2 mof average thickness and 30°~35°of inclination angle belongs to gently-inclined and extremely-thin vein.And its roof and floor have good stability.The ore body was originally mined by comprehensive mining method,and there are some problems such as large dilution loss rate,high labor intensity and low labor efficiency.In order to realize the safe,efficient and low loss mining of gently-inclined and extremely-thin vein,the strip cutting open stope mining method was developed.The results of mine application show that the dilution rate and loss rate of this method are both 6%,which are 74%and 4%lower than that of the original comprehensive method.And the new method is simple to operate and brings good economic benefits to enterprises.
