摘  要:在充填采矿中将粉煤灰掺入废石粗骨料,可优化骨料颗粒级配,利于形成高浓度料浆和提高料浆管输性能。为了得到不同龄期抗压强度下材料用量与料浆浓度的最优组合,基于正交试验方案,开展不同比例粉煤灰掺量的混合骨料胶结充填体强度试验,并利用BP神经网络模型分析和预测影响规律。研究结果表明,粉煤灰掺量、胶凝材料用量、料浆浓度对胶结充填体3d、7d和28d抗压强度影响水平各不一样,胶凝材料用量及料浆浓度影响更为显著,明显干扰粉煤灰掺量对抗压强度的影响,当粉煤灰掺量为30%时各龄期的抗压强度均达到最大,28d强度可达8.58 MPa。最优组合为:粉煤灰掺量30%、胶凝材料用量310kg/m^3、料浆浓度81%。Adding fly ash into coarse aggregate of waste rock in filling mining can optimize aggregate particle size distribution,form high concentration slurry and improve its pipeline transportation performance.In order to obtain the optimal combination of material proportion and slurry concentration under the compressive strength with different curing ages,based on orthogonal test schemes,strength test of cemented backfill with different fly ash contents was carried out,and the influence law was analyzed and predicted by BP neural network model.The results show that the influence of fly ash content,cementitious material content and slurry concentration on the compressive strength of cemented backfill in 3 days,7 days,and 28 days are different,and the influences of cementitious material content and slurry concentration are more significant,which obviously interferes with the influence of fly ash content on the compressive strength.When the fly ash content is 30%,the compressive strength of each age reaches the maximum,and the strength in 28 days can reach 8.58 MPa.The optimal combination is as follows:30%of fly ash,310 kg/m^3 of cementitious material and 81%of slurry concentration.
