摘 要:以新疆炼焦煤为研究对象,将柴油与煤焦油萃取物的混合物作为一种煤焦油基新型浮选捕收剂,对比研究了柴油和煤焦油基新型捕收剂的炼焦煤浮选效果及其动力学。浮选结果表明:相比柴油,在精煤灰分相近的情况下,煤焦油基捕收剂显著提高了精煤产率、浮选分离精度和浮选速率。接触角测试结果表明:煤焦油基捕收剂强化了炼焦煤的表面疏水性。傅里叶变换红外光谱分析结果表明:煤焦油基捕收剂比柴油含有更多的芳香族化合物和含氧官能团,这些芳香族化合物和含氧官能团可通过π-π和氢键的作用与煤表面的芳香族官能团和极性位点发生吸附作用,增加煤表面疏水性位点数量,从而提高了炼焦煤的可浮性,同时提高炼焦煤的浮选速率。Taking Xinjiang coking coal as the research object,the mixture of diesel oil and coal tar extract was used as a new coal tar-based flotation collector.And the flotation recovery effect and kinetics using diesel and coal tar-based collector were compared.The results show that compared with diesel oil,coal tar-based collector can significantly improve the yield of clean coal,flotation separation accuracy and flotation rate when the ash content of clean coal is similar.The contact angle test results show that the coal tar-based collector enhances the surface hydrophobicity of coking coal.The results of Fourier transform infrared spectrum analysis show that coal tar-based collector contains more aromatic compounds and oxygen-containing functional groups than diesel oil.These aromatic compounds and oxygen-containing functional groups can adsorb aromatic functional groups and polar sites on coal surface through the action ofπ-πand hydrogen bond,which increases the number of hydrophobic points on coal surface,and improve the floatability of coking coal and the flotation rate of coking coal.
