摘　　要：由于髋臼位置深在、解剖结构复杂,髋臼骨折的手术治疗是骨科领域最有挑战性的手术之一。随着社会人口老龄化的加剧,老年髋臼骨折患者逐年增加,其预后出现新的特点。为了缩短初学者对髋臼骨折的学习曲线,有效规避髋臼骨折治疗的陷阱,预测髋臼骨折术后髋关节炎的发生风险,本研究结合髋臼骨折的最新文献,对髋臼骨折预后影响因素进行概括和总结,进而确定髋臼骨折内固定术后早中期转为全髋关节置换术的危险因素,提高创伤骨科医生对髋臼骨折预后因素的认识,为髋臼骨折患者选择最佳治疗方案和判断预后提供参考。Surgery of acetabular fracture is one of the most challenging orthopedic operations due to the deep location and complex anatomical structure of the acetabulum.As elderly patients with acetabular fracture increase with an aging population,their prognosis presents new characteristics.This article,based on the latest literature on acetabular fracture,summarizes the prognostic factors of this fracture,in order to shorten the learning curve of acetabular fracture for beginners so that they can effectively avoid pitfalls in treatment of acetabular fracture and predict the risks for coxarthritis after operation.This review also hopes to help orthopaedic trauma surgeons to determine the risk factors for an early and mid-term transfer to total hip replacement after internal fixation,to select a best treatment strategy and to have a better prognostic evaluation for patients with acetabular fracture.
