摘　　要：提升专利质量促进转化运用是高校专利管理与服务工作的重点,本文研究电子信息领域近二十年申请的中国专利奖获奖专利,并重点对比研究其中的高校申请,管窥高校高质量专利管理现状并说明了其中问题,同时从实际运用出发探讨了用于筛选高质量专利的文献指标。Improving the quality of patents and promoting transformation and application is the focus of patent management and service work in universities.This article studies the China Patent Award-winning patents applied for in the field of electronic information in the past two decades,and focuses on comparing and studying the applications of universities,giving a glimpse of the current status of high-quality patent management in universities and it explains the problems,and discusses the literature indicators for screening high-quality patents from the practical application.
