德国展会的知识产权侵权执法措施与应对策略

摘　　要：在经济全球化的时代背景下,国际展会越来越受到来自世界各国企业的重视,中国企业为开拓海外市场,提升品牌知名度,不断参与有影响力的国际展会,并在展会中收获不菲的订单。然而国际展会上不断出现因知识产权侵权纠纷带来的执法事件,给中国企业造成较大的负面影响,也为顺利参展带来诸多阻碍。本文对国际展会,特别是德国展会上的知识产权侵权执法措施进行详细梳理,并给出相应的应对策略和对参展企业的建议,以期帮助中国企业了解国际展会的相关规则,掌握应对办法,减少因知识产权侵权纠纷带来的损害。Under the background of economic globalization,international exhibitions have been paid more and more attention by enterprises from all over the world.In order to open up overseas markets and enhance brand awareness,Chinese enterprises continue to participate in influential international exhibitions,and harvest a lot of orders in the exhibitions.However,law enforcement incidents caused by intellectual property rights infringement disputes are constantly appearing at international exhibitions,which have a great negative impact on Chinese enterprises,and also bring many obstacles to the smooth exhibition.This paper combs the law enforcement measures of intellectual property infringement at international exhibitions,especially in Germany,and gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to exhibitors,in order to help Chinese enterprises understand the relevant rules of international exhibitions,master the countermeasures,and reduce the damage caused by intellectual property infringement disputes.
