摘  要:通过对铜镍硫化物矿种特性研究,针对矿物中镍、硫等元素含量高的特点,优化铂族元素富集方法,改进试金配方,建立锍镍试金富集-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测试方法。结果表明:当硫的加入量为1~2g时,锍扣富集和溶解效果最好,铂族元素的回收率也显著提高;当矿物中硫的含量过高时,用硫化铁代替硫磺能近一步减少铂族元素的损失;采用经锍镍试金-碲共沉淀后制得的羰基镍粉的空白更低,可直接用于锍试金法分析痕量铂族元素,正好解决了方法检出限过高的问题。方法检出限Ru为0.36 ng/g,Rh为0.13 ng/g,Pd为0.30 ng/g,Ir为0.18 ng/g,Pt为0.29 ng/g,Os为0.09 ng/g。精密度的准确度试验表明,该方法操作简便、更加经济环保,能够满足铜镍硫化物中铂族元素分析测定需求。In this paper,the characteristics of copper-nickel sulfide minerals are studied,based on the characteristics of high content of nickel and sulfur in minerals,the enrichment method of platinum group elements is optimized,the assay formula is improved,and the test method of nickle sulphide fire-assay enrichment with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry is established.The results show that when the sulfur content is 1~2g,the nickle sulphide button has the best enrichment and dissolution effect,at the same time,the recovery rate of platinum group elements is also remarkably improved.The loss of platinum group elements can be further reduced by using iron sulfide instead of sulfur,and the blank space of carbonyl nickel powder prepared by coprecipitation with Nickel sulphide fire assay and Te is lower,which can be directly used for the determination of trace platinum group elements by Nickel sulphide fire-assay,it solves the problem that the detection limit of the method is too high.The detection limit of method was 0.36 ng/g for Ru,0.13 ng/g for Rh,0.30 ng/g for Pd,0.18 ng/g for Ir,0.29 ng/g for Pt and 0.09 ng/g for Os.The accuracy test of precision shows that the method is easy to operate and more economical and environmentally friendly,and can meet the demand of analysis and determination of platinum group elements in copper-nickel sulfide.
