摘　　要：目的探讨大剂量干扰素结合手术对皮肤恶性黑色素瘤患者生活质量及预后的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2019年1月于江西省皮肤病专科医院接受治疗的80例皮肤恶性黑色素瘤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用手术+小剂量干扰素治疗,观察组采用手术+大剂量干扰素治疗,比较两组生活质量和12个月后生存率、复发率。结果治疗12个月后,观察组生存质量量表(SF-36)各项评分均高于对照组,观察组生存率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量干扰素结合手术治疗皮肤恶性黑色素瘤患者能提升患者生活质量,降低术后复发率和死亡率,利于预后。Objective To investigate the effect of high-dose interferon combined with operation on quality of life and prognosis in patients with malignant melanoma of skin.Methods A total of 80 patients with malignant melanoma of skin who were treated in Dermatology Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2014 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with operation and low-dose interferon,and the observation group was treated with operation and high-dose interferon.The quality of life,survival rate and recurrence rate after 12 months were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 months of treatment,the scores of quality of life scale(SF-36)in observation group were higher than those in control group,the survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the recurrence rate was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-dose interferon combined with operation in treatment of patients with malignant melanoma of skin can increase quality of life,decrease postoperative recurrence rate and death rate,and promote prognosis.
