摘　　要：目的探讨他克莫司软膏治疗光敏性皮肤病的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月沈阳市第七人民医院收治的100例光敏性皮肤病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组外用复方氧化锌软膏或喜辽妥软膏常规治疗,观察组外用他克莫司软膏治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、用药不良反应发生情况以及治疗前后患者的皮损状况、皮肤瘙痒状况、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)得分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,用药不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的皮损状况得分、皮肤瘙痒状况得分、DLQI得分低于治疗前,且观察组的上述评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光敏性皮肤病患者采用他克莫司软膏治疗,可以取得良好的治疗效果,缓解皮肤瘙痒,改善皮损状况,提高患者的生活质量,且患者用药的不良反应较少,安全性良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of photosensitive skin diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with photosensitive skin diseases admitted to Shenyang Seventh People′s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases).The control group was treated with conventional treatment of Compound Zinc Oxide Ointment or Hirudoid Ointment externally,the observation group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment externally.The treatment effect,the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and the conditions of skin lesions,itchy skin and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)scores of patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin lesion condition,itchy skin condition and DLQI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with photosensitive skin diseases treated with Tacrolimus Ointment can obtain good therapeutic effects,relieve skin itching,improve skin lesions,and improve the quality of life of patients,and the adverse reactions of patients are fewer,the safety is good.
