术中复合保温护理模式在普外手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨术中复合保温护理模式在普外手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取抚州市第一人民医院2018年2月~2020年3月收治的120例手术患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组(60例)与观察组(60例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理联合复合保温护理。比较两组的围术期体温、术后感染发生情况、舒适度与护理满意度评分。结果观察组的术中0.5 h、术毕体温均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中低体温、术后感染发生率(1.67%、3.33%)均低于对照组(16.67%、15.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组舒适度、护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中复合保温护理模式在普外手术患者中的应用,可维持患者体温稳定,降低术中低体温、术后感染发生率,提高患者舒适度与护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of intraoperative compound heat preservation nursing model in general surgery patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with general surgery who were admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou from February 2018 to March 2020 were selected as research objects.According to the different nursing method,they were divided into the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases).Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and in the observation group,routine nursing combined with compound heat preservation nursing was used.The perioperative temperature,postoperative infection,comfort and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative 0.5 h and postoperative body temperatures of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative infection(1.67%,3.33%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(16.67%,15.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intraoperative compound thermal insulation nursing mode in general surgery patients can maintain the patient′s body temperature stability,reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative infection,and improve patient comfort and nursing satisfaction.
