济宁地区单采血小板献血者情况分析及招募策略

摘　　要：目的分析济宁市中心血站2013~2017年单采血小板志愿无偿献血人群结构情况,制订适合济宁地区的招募策略,更好地保留献血者,保障供血安全。方法采用血液信息管理系统数据库中献血者的资料信息,对2013~2017年济宁市中心血站志愿捐献单采血小板的26977人次进行人群结构分析。结果2013~2017年单采血小板献血者人次及治疗量呈逐年上升趋势。按性别统计,男性22694人次(84.12%),女性4283人次(15.88%),男女比例为5.30∶1,志愿捐献单采血小板以男性为主;按年龄统计,35~<45岁[10991人次(40.74%)]最多,45~<56岁[8708人次(32.28%)]次之;按文化程度统计,初中及以下[9100人次(33.69%)]最高,高中[6875人次(25.48%)]次之;按职业统计,工人[11530人次(42.74%)]最多,自由职业[7406人次(27.45%)]次之。年捐献血小板次数1~3次的人数较多,占52.29%(2688/5140)。结论济宁地区单采血小板采集情况呈良好健康的发展趋势,依据本地区捐献单采血小板人群分布特征,对于女性献血者、高学历人员和国家公职人员较低的单采血小板献血情况,需要有针对性地加强宣传,根据不同的人群制订不同的招募策略和服务流程,为保障临床用单采血小板的安全、充足建立长效机制。Objective To analyze the population structure of apheresis platelets voluntary blood donors from 2013 to 2017 in Jining Central Blood Station,to formulate recruitment strategies suitable for the Jining region,and to better retain blood donors and ensure blood supply safety.Methods Using the information of blood donors in the database of blood information management system,the population structure of 26977 people who volunteered to donate apheresis platelets in Jining Central Blood Station from 2013 to 2017 was analyzed.Results The number of apheresis platelets donors and the amount of therapeutic doses were increasing annually.According to gender statistics,22694 cases(84.12%)were male,and 4238 cases(15.88%)were female,the majority of the blood donors were male,the average gender ratio was 5.30∶1.The most in the 35 to<45 years old group accounted for(40.74%)(10991 cases),the 45 to<56 years old group accounted for(32.28%)(8708 cases).The blood donors with junior middle school education were the most(9100 cases,33.69%),followed by high school education(6875 cases,25.48%).The blood donors were more in the group of workers(11530 cases,42.74%)and independent profession(7406 cases,27.45%).The number of apheresis platelets donors who donated 1 to 3 times a year accounted for 52.29%(2688/5140).Conclusion According to the distribution characteristics of apheresis platelets in Jining area,it is necessary to strengthen publicity for female blood donors,highly educated personnel and national public officials with low blood donation,and formulate different recruitment strategies and service processes according to different groups,so as to ensure clinical use the safety and sufficiency of apheresis platelets and the establishment of long-term mechanism.
