摘　　要：目的:对我国31个省(直辖市、自治区)中医医院卫生资源配置情况现状进行分析,为相关部门优化中医药卫生资源配置提供参考。方法:运用构成比、增长率、增速、基尼系数等具体指标分析全国中医医院卫生资源配置情况。结果:"十三五"期间,我国中医医院卫生资源呈快速增长趋势,各地区增长规模不一。结论:政府要加强在中医药资源配置中的主导作用,统筹东中西部卫生资源配置差异,优化结构,促进区域协调发展。Objective:The present situation of health resource allocation in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals(TCM hospitals)of 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)is analyzed in order to provide references for related departments to optimize health resource allocation.Methods:The proportion,growth rate,growth rate and Gini coefficient are used to analyze the allocation of health resources in TCM hospitals.Results:During the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"period,the health resources of TCM hospitals showed a rapid growth trend,with different growth scales in different regions.Conclusion:The government should strengthen the leading role in the allocation of TCM resources,making overall plans for the differences in the allocation of health resources in the east,the middle and the west,optimizing the structure,and promoting the coordinated development of regions.
