摘　　要：随着医疗体制改革的逐渐深入和国家对公立医院内部价格行为监管力度的加大,内部价格管理已成为公立医院运营管理的重要内容。加强内部价格行为管理,建立健全内部控制体系,已成为新形势下公立医院健康平稳运行的必然要求。文章从当前公立医院面临的管理环境入手,剖析样本医院内部价格管理常见问题,并详细介绍新形势下规范内部价格行为管理的有效途径。With the deepening of medical system reform and the increased national supervision of internal price behavior in public hospitals,internal price management has become an important part of public hospital management.Under the new situation,strengthening the management of internal price behavior and establishing a robust system of internal control have become inevitable requirements for the healthy and stable operation of public hospitals.It starts with the current management environment faced by public hospitals and analyzes the common problems of internal price management.It also introduces effective ways to regulate internal price behavior management in the new situation.
