摘　　要：中医医院开展DRG,存在疾病的中西医双诊断、双编码以及合并编码等难题。文章通过分析样本中医医院出院病案数排名前五位科室的DRG疾病编码常见问题,为医保DRG按病种付费及科室绩效考核提供参考。There were problems of diseases of Chinese and Western medicine double diagnosis,double coding and combined coding and other difficulties while implementing Diagnosis Related Group(DRG)in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals.It provides references for the payment of medical insurance DRG by disease type and the performance appraisal of departments by analyzing the common problems of DRG disease coding in the top 5 departments in the number of discharge cases of Chinese traditional medicine hospitals.
