摘  要:随着社会需求和电网技术的不断发展,柔性互联配电网逐渐成为未来智能配电网的发展趋势,而高渗透率分布式电源的接入和电力电子装置控制策略的复杂性,给柔性互联配电网的发展带来了严峻挑战。为此首先分析柔性互联配电网相比常规配电网的优势,并介绍柔性互联配电网发展面临的机遇与挑战;然后对配电网柔性互联关键装备和技术、柔性互联配电网结构形态与运行控制关键技术进行综述,分析软联络开关、柔性环网控制装置和电力电子变压器等柔性互联装置的基本结构和原理;最后基于现有研究对新形势下柔性互联配电网发展关键问题进行探索。所述研究旨在为柔性互联配电网的发展提供科学依据和借鉴意义。With the increase of social demand and continuous development of the power grid technology,the flexible interconnected distribution network has gradually become the development trend of smart grid in the future.However,access of large-scale distributed generation with high permeability into the power grid and complicated control strategy of the power electronic devices have brought severe challenges to the development of flexible interconnected distribution network.Therefore,this paper firstly analyzes advantages of the flexible interconnection distribution network compared to the conventional distribution network,and introduces the corresponding development opportunities and challenges.Then it reviews the key equipment and technologies,the structure morphology and the key technology for operation control of the flexible interconnection.Meanwhile,it analyzes the basic structure and principle of flexible interconnection devices such as the soft open point(SOP),the flexible loop network controller(FLNC)and the power electronic transformer(PET).Finally,it explores the key development problems of the flexible interconnected distribution network under the new situation based on current research so as to provide scientific basis and reference for the development of flexible interconnected distribution network.
