齿形设计对曲轴锯切的影响研究

摘  要:基于汽车发动机曲轴的特性以及切屑厚度与切削力之间的关系,分析计算了通用型不分齿硬质合金带锯条的单齿切削力为2.08N/齿,经过优化后的齿形设计其单齿切削力为1.75N/齿,优化后其单齿切削力降低了15.86%。通过改变带锯条的前角和后角,齿尖刃口部分引入负前角,切削液能快速进入并有效降低切削热。针对异形工件,负前角能够降低前刀面的切削力分力,减少工件对齿尖刃口部分的冲击,从而避免锯切过程中的拉齿、打齿等提前失效形式。齿尖刃口部分引入平台设计,能够将原来的线接触转变为面接触,改善切削力的分布情况,降低切削力,增强抗磨损能力;另外,齿尖刃口部分的平台化处理强化了工件对齿尖刃口的支撑作用,有效降低齿尖在进给方向上的跳动,从而减小在纵向的振动。Based on the properties of the crankshaft and the relationship between chip thickness and cutting force,the cutting force of the general non-detaching carbide bandsaw,which is 2.08 Newtons pertooth,is analyzed and calculated.The optimization and redesign of the tooth profile decreases the cutting force by 15.86 percent to 1.75 Newtons per tooth.By changing the front and back angles of the saw blade,the negative rake angle is introduced into the cutting edge of the blade,and the cutting fluid can enter quickly and effectively reduce the cutting heat.For special-shaped workpieces,the negative rake angle could not only decrease the force component along the rake face direction but also decrease tooth impingement by workpieces,so as to avoid the premature failure forms such as tooth pulling and tooth beating in the sawing process.The cutting edge with a flat could enhance wear resistance because the contacting area is changed from line to surface to improve the cutting force distribution.In addition,a flat on the cutting edge can strengthen the cutting edge support by workpieces to decrease the vibration along the feeding direction.
