摘　　要：分析了HSK刀柄不对称结构设计引起的动不平衡,利用UG软件建立HSK刀柄预平衡模型,并计算其不平衡量。通过动平衡实验对建模进行验证,实验结果符合理论设计。The dynamic unbalance caused by the unsymmetrical design of HSK toolholders is analyzed.The HSK toolholder pre-balance model is established by UG,and the unbalance is calculated.Through dynamic balance experiment,the HSK toolholder model is verified,and the experiment result is in accordance with the theoretical design.
