摘　　要：2008年以来,东北师范大学大学生思想政治工作队伍呈现出人才辈出的独特现象。产生这一现象的主要原因是专业平台、体制机制、人才战略、团队文化、用人导向、科研团队、卓越领导人等多种因素共同作用的结果。这一发现,对于总结经验,运用规律,推进新时代全国大学生思想政治工作人才队伍建设具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。Since 2008,Northeast Normal University has witness a phenomenal emergence of talented ideological and political workers.This is the combined result of the university's professional platforms,sound mechanisms,talent strategy,team culture,employment policy,scientific research and outstanding leadership.NENU's experience is of universal significance both theoretically and practically to the team construction of ideological and political workers across the country.
