摘  要:水溶性润滑剂和碱溶胀型增稠剂是构成具有良好润滑性中性墨水的关键组分。本文考察了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯(AEO-9P)与异辛基葡萄糖苷(APG-08)复配,并添加碱溶胀型增稠剂(DR-72)所调配墨水的流变性和润滑性,并对润滑体系进行稳定性研究。结果表明,当添加占体系总质量1.0%的AEO-9P与1.0%的APG-08复配润滑、1.8%的DR-72增稠时,所制备中性墨水的流变参数:触变环面积1443.2 Pa/s,屈服应力4.3 Pa,平均摩擦系数为0.206,磨损系数为19.5%,恒温加热微观分散均匀,中性墨水的润滑性及稳定性最佳。Water-soluble lubricant and alkali soluble thickener are the key materials for the well-lubricity Gel-ink.The effect of adding amount of alkali soluble thickener on the gel ink rheological property and lubrication behaviors was investigated under the combination of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate(AEO-9P)and isooctyl glucoside(APG-08).Then,the lubrication system was selected to investigated the stability of gel ink.It was found that when adding amount(mass fraction)of AEO-9P,APG-08 and DR-72 were 1.0%,1.0%and 1.8%,respectively,the rheological parameters(the area of thixotropic loop:1443.2 Pa/s,yield stress:4.3 Pa)and average friction coefficient(0.206)and wear coefficient(19.5%)of the prepared gel ink.On the other hand,the performance of the prepared gel ink lubrication and stability could be optimized under constant heating condition.
