摘 要:为提高钢渣利用率,研究钢渣代替部分碎石对水泥稳定碎石材料的影响,按照骨架密实型级配设计水泥稳定钢渣碎石,通过力学性能、收缩性能试验评价水泥稳定钢渣碎石材料工程性能。研究表明:水泥稳定碎石掺60%钢渣后力学性能最优,抗压强度、劈裂强度和回弹模量较水泥稳定碎石分别至少提高7.0%、12.0%、26.3%;5%水泥掺量的稳定钢渣碎石强度和刚度良好,钢渣掺量60%时,前期失水率增长速率明显快于后期,且干缩应变与干缩系数降低,干缩系数降低量大于温缩系数增大量,抗裂性能得到改善。In order to improve the utilization rate of steel slag,the influence of steel slag instead of part of crushed stone on cement stabilized crushed stone material was studied,and the cement stabilized steel slag crushed stone was designed according to the dense skeleton gradation.Studies have shown that the cement-stabilized crushed stone mixed with 60%steel slag has the best mechanical properties,which is at least 7.0%,12.0%,and 26.3%higher than the cement-stabilized crushed stone compressive strength,splitting strength,and rebound modulus;the amount of stable steel slag gravel has good strength and stiffness.When the steel slag content is 60%,the growth rate of the water loss rate in the early stage is significantly faster than that in the later stage,and the shrinkage strain and shrinkage coefficient are reduced.The reduction of dry shrinkage coefficient is greater than the increase of temperature shrinkage coefficient,and the crack resistance is improved.
