摘  要:适量双掺粉煤灰和聚酯纤维可以有效提升混凝土的力学性能,基于此,制备了0~25%粉煤灰掺量和0~1.6 kg/m 3聚酯纤维掺量的30组混凝土试件,测试了双掺混凝土的抗压强度、弹性模量、抗折强度、抗拉强度等基本力学参数,分析了粉煤灰和聚酯纤维掺量对混凝土力学特性的影响规律。研究表明:双掺混凝土的抗压强度、弹性模量、抗折强度、抗拉强度均随粉煤灰和聚酯纤维掺量的增大先增大后减小,C40标准配比下的最佳粉煤灰和聚酯纤维掺量分别为15%和0.8kg/m 3,在此条件下,抗压强度、弹性模量、抗折强度以及抗拉强度分别最大增大9.7%、2.4%、30.4%以及29.3%。An appropriate amount of fly ash and polyester fiber can effectively improve the mechanical properties of concrete,based on this,30 groups of concrete specimens were prepared with 0~25%dosage of fly ash and 0~1.6 kg/m 3 of polyester fiber,the mechanics characteristics of double mixing concrete tests were conducted.The test of the double mixing concrete compressive strength,elastic modulus,flexural strength,tensile strength and other basic mechanical parameters of fly ash were analyzed,and polyester fiber content on the mechanical properties of concrete were studied.The test results indicate that compressive strength,elastic modulus,flexural strength,tensile strength of the double mixing concrete decrease after increase with the increase of dosage of fly ash and polyester fiber.Under the standard ratio of C40,the optimal content of fly ash and polyester fiber is 15%and 0.8kg/m 3 respectively.Under these conditions,the compressive strength,elastic modulus,flexural strength and tensile strength increase by 9.7%,2.4%,30.4%and 29.3%,respectively.
