摘 要:本文结合500 kV宜都换流站极I直流滤波器Z12电容器C1不平衡保护频繁告警事件,基于站内直流滤波器电容器不平衡保护配置情况,系统分析了直流滤波器参数配置合理性、光纤电流互感器及其二次测量回路故障以及电容器塔层间复合绝缘子绝缘性能降低3种因素对不平衡保护的影响,提出对电容塔层间复合绝缘子喷涂PRTV防污闪涂料的解决措施,实际运行验证了该措施的有效性,为直流输电工程直流滤波器日常检修维护提供了科学的理论依据及合理、有序的现场检查、维护经验。In this paper,the influence of such three factors as unreasonable allocation of DC filter,fault of optical fifer current transformer and its secondary measurement circuit and the reduced dielectric performance of composite insulator between capacitor towers is analyzed systematically with combination of frequent warning of unbalanced protection of capacitor C1 of DC filter Z12 at pole I of Yidu 500 kV converter station and based on the unbalanced protection allocation DC filter capacitor in the station.The solution to the PRTV anti⁃pollution flash coating on the porcelain between the capacitor towers is proposed.The effectiveness of the measures is verified by the actual operation,which provides a scientific theoretical basis and reasonable on⁃site maintenance experience for the daily maintenance and repair of DC filters for HVDC power transmission engineering.
