摘 要:针对当前配电网面临的馈线功率失衡严重、变压器重过载频繁、城市输配电增容困难等问题,论文研究了基于电力电子技术的配电网馈线柔性互联技术。部分场合下采用柔性多状态开关代替传统的联络开关或分段开关,可实现相邻配电网络间快速及实时的潮流调节,优化馈线间的潮流分布,改善配电网电能质量。论文分析了柔性多状态开关应用于配网馈线互联潮流反转实现方法,并通过算例仿真和实验验证了柔性多状态开关的潮流控制、潮流反转和馈线负荷均衡效果。In view of such problems faced by the present distribution network as serious unbalance of feeder power,frequent heavy load of transformer and difficult upgrade of urban transmission and distribution,the feeder flexible interconnection technology of distribution network based on power electronic technology is studied in this paper.At partial situation,use of flexible multi⁃state switch instead of traditional connection switch or section switch can realize fast and real⁃time power flow regulation between adjacent distribution networks,optimize power flow distribution and improve power quality of distribution network.The use of flexible multi⁃state switch for the achievement of power flow inversion in feeder interconnection of distribu⁃tion network is further studied.The results of power flow control,power flow inversion and feeder load bal⁃ancing of flexible multi⁃state switch are verified by simulation and experiment.
