摘 要:随着电网风电渗透率的增加,传统有功调度模型忽略了风电出力预测误差,威胁系统安全,因此提出考虑风电出力不确定性的调度方法利于新能源发电大规模应用。通过区间预测来对应风电的不确定性,建立鲁棒调度模型,考虑机组的自动发电控制(AGC)响应来应对风电出力波动,保证电网功率平衡。然后在此基础上应用经济优化模型来优化鲁棒调度下电网的经济成本。经济优化模型在目标函数中加入弃风惩罚和切负荷惩罚费用,采用改进萤火虫算法,优化机组发电计划以减小电网总成本。最后分别采用10机算例和134机实际电网对求解算法以及两种调度模式进行了对比分析,验证了此调度模型的鲁棒性和经济性。With the increase of wind power penetration rate,the traditional power grid dispatching model ignores the wind power output prediction error and threatens the system security.Therefore,the scheduling method considering the uncertainty of wind power output is proposed,which is beneficial to the large⁃scale application of new energy power generation.The uncertainty of wind power is corresponded by the interval prediction,a robust scheduling model is set up and the automatic power generation control(AGC)response of the unit is considered to cope with wind power output fluctuation and assure grid power balance.Then,on this basis,the economic optimization model is applied to optimize the economic cost of robust interval scheduling.In the economic optimization model the abandonment penalty and the load⁃switching penalty fee to the objective function is added.The firefly algorithm is adopted to optimize the generation plan of generating unit so to reduce the total cost of the grid.Finally,the 10⁃unit example and the 134⁃unit actual grid are used to compare and analyze the two scheduling modes.The robustness and economic performance of this scheduling model are verified.
