摘  要:随着铅酸蓄电池(VRLA)在变电站直流系统中的使用愈发普遍,因其寿命终结时间的不确定性所引发的问题逐渐增多,因而对阀控式铅酸蓄电池浮充寿命的研究具有重大意义。本文根据变电站铅酸蓄电池的实际使用工况,结合电化学阻抗谱法,设计并开展了阀控式铅酸蓄电池加速浮充老化实验,并对测得的参数进行分析,寻找能够反映电池健康状态的参数。结果表明,浮充电流、峰值电压、谷底电压等电参数以及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)的变化趋势与电池的健康状态相关性较强,可以表征阀控式铅酸蓄电池容量的衰减和剩余寿命的减少,为进一步进行阀控式铅酸蓄电池电池状态评估和寿命预测提供依据。With the widespread use of valve⁃regulated lead⁃acid batteries(VRLA)in the DC system of substation,the study on float life of VRLA is of great importance due to uncertainty of its life.In this paper,the floating charge life experiment of VRLA battery combined with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is conducted in accordance with the actual working condition of VRLA battery in the substation.The measured parameters are analyzed so to find parameter that could reflect the SOH of the battery.It is shown by the result that such electrical parameters as floating charge current,peak and trough voltage as well as variation tendency of electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS)have a strong correlation with SOH of the battery,which can indicate the capacity decay of VRLA and reduction of remaining life and provide a basis for further state evaluation and life prediction of VRLA.
