摘  要:变电站直流系统的后备电源采用了阀控铅酸电池,由于长期处于浮充状态,因此电池具有一定的再利用价值。本文搭建了包括电池测试仪、电化学工作站在内的电池实验测试平台,对广州供电局神山站的25块容量为300Ah的退役铅酸电池进行实验测试,获得了电池的基本充放电曲线、电池容量、电池欧姆内阻等实验数据,基于这些实验数据分析了退役电池性能。实验结果表明,浮充工作状态没有改变电池的基本特性曲线,电池的欧姆内阻与其容量间存在一定相关性,电网提供的SOH数据与真实值存在较大偏差,表明其方法不理想。本文的研究为退役铅酸电池在储能中的利用打下基础。Valve regulated lead⁃acid(VRLA)battery is widely used as DC backup power of substation.Since it is always at floating state for a long term,it still has the re⁃sue value.In this paper,the test platform including battery tester and electrochemical workstation is set up for experimental test of the 25 pieces of retired VRLA batteries provided by SHENSHAN substation of Guangzhou Electric Power Supply Co.,Ltd..Such experimental data as basic charging and discharging curves,battery capacity and internal Ohm resistance is obtained and,based on this experimental data,the performance of the retired battery is analyzed.It is shown by the experimental result that that the floating work state doesn’t change charging and discharging curves and internal ohm resistance of battery has a definite relationship with capacity.SOH data provided by grid Co.has large deviation from the real value,which indicates SOH estimation method applied by grid Co.is not ideal.The study in this paper lays foundation for application of retired battery in energy storage.
