摘  要:铜磷钎料作为一种新型钎料,因其成本低,无污染、拥有自钎性以及流动性好等诸多优势,被广泛应用于钎焊中。然而,由于P的存在,使得在钎焊过程中易形成Cu3P等脆性相,从而降低接头的强度以及韧性,削弱力学性能。同时,铜磷钎料的加工也相对较困难。这些问题使铜磷钎料的应用被极大抑制。为了解决上述问题,近年来,研究者们做了许多工作并取得了丰硕的成果。本文介绍了目前国内外应用在钎焊中的Cu-P钎料的研究现状,阐述了不同杂质元素(Ag、La、Ce、Si、Sn、Ni)、物理因素对铜磷钎料钎焊性能的影响和近期在新型铜磷钎料领域内取得的研究进展,进一步对目前铜磷钎料在加工和腐蚀方面存在的问题进行了分析,并对未来铜磷钎料的发展做了展望。As a new type brazing filler metals, copper-phosphorus brazing filler metals are widely used in the brazing because of its low cost, non-polluting, self-brazing properties and better fluidity. However, due to the presence of P, it is easy to form brittle phase such as Cu3P during the brazing process, thereby reducing the strength and toughness of the joint and impairing the mechanical properties. At the same time, the processing of copper-phosphorus brazing filler metals is difficult.These problems have greatly inhibited the application of copper-phosphorus brazing filler metals. In order to solve the above problems, in recent years, researchers have done a lot of work and achieved fruitful results. The current research progress of Cu-P filler metals applied in brazing in China and abroad was introduced, and the influence of different impurity elements(Ag, La, Ce, Si, Sn, Ni) and physical factors on brazing performance of copper-phosphorus brazing filler metals and the progress of new copper-phosphorus brazing filler metals in recent years were described. Furthermore, problems about processing and corrosion of copper-phosphorus brazing filler metals were analyzed. Finally, the development of copper-phosphorus brazing filler metals in the future was prospected.
