摘  要:在激光功率为1350 W,焊接速度为0.8 m/min,离焦量为0 mm的工艺参数下对316L不锈钢板材进行对接焊,研究发现该条件下的焊缝凝固过程为F-A模式,室温下组织为奥氏体+蠕虫状铁素体。对焊接工艺参数对焊缝尺寸和力学性能的影响进行研究,发现激光功率和离焦量对熔深影响较大,而焊接速度则对熔宽和束腰宽影响较大。此外,在焊接热输入相同的前提下,激光焊接头的硬度、拉伸性能和耐腐蚀性均优于PAW+TIG复合焊接头的。The butt welding of 316 L stainless steel plate was carried out under laser power of 1350 W, welding speed of 0.8 m/min and defocusing quantity of 0 mm. It is found that the solidification process of the weld under this condition is F-A mode, and the microstructure is austenite+wormlike ferrite at room temperature. The effect of welding process parameters on size of weld seam and mechanical properties was studied. It is found that laser power and defocusing amount have greater influence on penetration, while welding speed has great influence on melting width and beam waist width. In addition, the hardness, tensile properties and corrosion resistance of welded joint by laser welding are better than those by PAW+TIG welding under the same heat input.
