摘　　要：根据某船舶用薄壁TA5钛合金件的结构特点及使用要求,进行了铸造工艺设计。使用真空凝壳炉,采用机加工石墨型、开放式浇注系统等铸造工艺,铸造了薄壁钛合金结构件。对铸件浇不足等缺陷进行了原因分析和工艺改进。采用改进后的工艺最终获得了内部质量合格,化学成分、力学性能、尺寸精度满足技术要求的铸件。According to the structural characteristics and application requirements of thin-walled TA5 titanium alloy for a ship, the casting process was designed. The thin-walled titanium alloy structure components were cast by vacuum shell furnace, machined graphite mould and open pouring system were applied. The cause analysis and process improvement of defects such as misrun were carried out. Finally, the castings obtained by the improved process have qualified internal quality, and the chemical composition, mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy meet the technical requirements.
