摘 要:采用真空感应炉和电渣重熔炉对高强韧Cr-Ni-Mo-V钢的冶炼工艺进行了研究。结果发现,该双联工艺冶炼的高强韧Cr-Ni-Mo-V钢气体含量与有害元素含量均较低,新型REO-MgO-CaO-CaF2-Al2O3五元稀土渣系具有较强的脱硫能力,可以使钢中硫含量由0.005%降到0.001%。同时,通过五元稀土渣系保护重熔,可以使(10~20)×10^-6以上微量有益元素Ce、La、Mg稳定地进入电渣锭中。The smelting process of high strength and toughness Cr-Ni-Mo-V steel was investigated by vacuum induction furnace and electroslag remelting furnace. The results show that the gas content and harmful element content of high strength and toughness Cr-Ni-Mo-V steel smelted by this process are low. The new REO-Mg O-CaO-CaF2-Al2O3 five-element rare earth slag system has strong desulphurization ability, which can reduce the sulfur content in steel from 0.005% to 0.001%. At the same time, through the protection and remelting of the five-element rare earth slag system, more than(10-20) ×10^-6 trace beneficial element of Ce,La and Mg can be stably entered into the electroslag ingot.
