摘  要:对高强耐候钢进行了窄范围成分控制和温度控制尤其是层流冷却中间温度(MT)控制。当MT处于600~680℃时,可取得细晶强化和析出强化之间的平衡,得到均匀稳定力学性能的高强耐候钢;此时,钢的屈服强度均值达到746 MPa,抗拉强度均值达到804 MPa,断后伸长率为26%,晶粒度达到13级。The narrow-range component control and temperature control, especially laminar cooling intermediate temperature(MT) control for high strength weather resistant steel were carried out. When the MT is 600℃, the balance between fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening can be obtained, and the high strength weather resistant steel with uniform and stable mechanical properties is obtained. Under this conditions, the average yield strength of the steel is 746 MPa, the average tensile strength is 804 MPa, the elongation after break is 26%, and the grain size is 13 grade.
