摘  要:核电产品插入板套筒组件为圆周焊缝接头形式的管板,一直采用传统的手工电弧焊或熔化极气体保护焊的焊接方式。由于焊接方法及自身结构形式的限制,焊后焊接应力较大,焊接缺陷率高,焊接质量一直不稳定。通过试验确定了低合金高强度钢SA738Gr.B与SA350Gr.LF-2接头的埋弧焊工艺,并使用改造的焊接设备、设计的预热及翻转工装进行了模拟件及产品的试验验证,合格率100%。这表明改造的埋弧自动焊设备及焊接工艺可以在核电站及非核领域管板产品圆周焊接接头中进行推广应用。The insert plate and sleeve assembly of nuclear power products is tube plate with the form of circumferential welded joint. The welding has always been conducted by traditional manual arc welding or gas metal arc welding. Due to the limitation of welding method and its own structural form, the post-welding stress is large, the welding defect rate is high, and the welding quality is always unstable. The submerged arc welding process was determined by the test of high strength low alloy steel SA738 Gr. B and SA350 Gr. LF-2 welded joint. With the help of modified welding equipment, designed preheating and flip fixtures, the simulator and product validation qualification was carried out, and the qualified rate was 100%. The result shows that the modified submerged arc automatic welding equipment and welding process can be applied for the circumferential weld welding of tube plate products in the nuclear and non-nuclear fields.
