摘 要:由于很多在役油气管道的埋地敷设情况、地理环境状况和自身结构特点,以及焊缝位置的不确定性,埋地管道在开挖状态下的焊缝缺陷检测受到一定的限制,从而对埋地管道的安全运行构成了潜在的威胁。为了实现在非开挖状态下对埋地管道进行焊缝缺陷检测,采用非接触式磁力检测技术测出管道磁场三分量沿x方向的梯度分量及其模量,从而分别对埋地管道的焊缝及其缺陷进行识别和诊断。选取通过非接触式磁力检测技术判定的含焊缝缺陷管段作为开挖点,采用金属磁记忆检测技术对管段焊缝缺陷的存在与否和分布位置进行验证,并采用X射线拍片检测技术对管段焊缝缺陷的风险等级和严重程度进行验证。结果表明,非接触式磁力检测技术的焊缝缺陷检出率达85%以上。Because of buried laying conditions, geographical environment conditions and structural characteristics of many in-service oil and gas pipelines, as well as the uncertainty of the weld position, the detection of weld defects in buried pipelines under excavation conditions was subjected to certain restrictions, thus posing a potential threat to the safe operation of buried pipelines. In order to realize the detection of weld defects in buried pipelines under non-excavation conditions, using non-contact magnetic detection technology to measure the gradient component of the three components of the pipeline magnetic field along the x direction and its modulus, thus the welds and defects of buried pipelines were identified and diagnosed respectively. The pipe section containing weld defect determined by non-contact magnetic detection technology was selected as the excavation point, and the existence or not and distribution position of the weld defect in pipe section were verified by metal magnetic memory detection technology, X-ray film inspection technology was used to verify the risk grade and severity of the weld defect in pipe section. The results show that the detection rate of weld defects of non-contact magnetic detection technology is more than 85%.
