预控顶高分段充填采矿法在厚大破碎矿体中的应用

摘　　要：鲁中矿业缓倾斜厚大破碎矿体属于难采矿体。矿山一直采用崩落法开采,生产中存在地表塌陷范围大、矿石损失贫化大、地压显现严重等问题。为了适应安全环保政策的要求,同时也为了企业自身长远发展战略需要,研究采用适应松软破碎矿岩条件的高效充填采矿方法。根据该类矿体的赋存条件,通过对适用的4种采矿方案进行对比分析,确定采用预控顶高分段充填法,详细介绍了该采矿方法的结构参数、采准切割工程、回采工艺及主要技术经济指标。目前,预控顶高分段充填法正在鲁中矿业应用,有效控制了地表塌陷,大幅降低了矿石损失贫化,有效控制了采场地压,预期效果良好,可为松软破碎、埋藏深、价值高等这类复杂难采矿体安全开采提供借鉴与指导。The gently inclined thick and fractured ore body in Luzhong Mine belongs to difficult-to-mine ore body.The mine has been mined by caving method;however,in the production process,there are problems such as large surface subsidence,large ore loss and dilution,and serious ground pressure,etc.In order to meet the requirements of safety and environmental protection policies,and for the enterprise's own long-term development strategy needs,high efficient filling mining method suitable for soft and fractured ore conditions was studied.According to the mining technical conditions,through the comparative analysis of four mining methods,the pre-controlling roof and high sublevel filling mining method was proposed,the paper introduced its stope structure parameters,development and cutting works,extraction technology,main technical and economic index.At present,pre-controlling roof and high sublevel filling mining method is applied in this mine,the surface subsidence was effectively controlled,the loss ratio and dilution ratio were all significantly declined,the ground pressure was effectively controlled,and expected effects should be obtained.This research can provides reference and guidance for the safe mining of complex and difficult-to-mine orebodies such as soft and fractured,burial depth and high value.
