摘　　要：微生物发酵技术在畜禽养殖中应用广泛,在改善饲料适口性、提高饲料利用率、减少环境污染、促进畜禽生长性能、提高畜禽免疫力、改善畜禽肉品质及繁殖性能等方面有重要作用。本文详述了微生物发酵饲料在畜禽养殖中的应用及微生物发酵饲料的发展前景。Microbial fermentation technology is widely used in livestock and poultry breeding,which is important in improving feed palatability,improving feed utilization,reducing environmental pollution,promoting livestock and poultry growth performance,improving livestock and poultry immunity,improving livestock and poultry meat quality and reproductive performance and so on.This paper reviewed the application of microbial fermented feed on livestock and poultry,and the development prospect of microbial fermented feed.
