芪苡退疣方治疗扁平疣临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪苡退疣方治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法,将86例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予液氮冷冻及外用重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上予以芪苡退疣方随症加减治疗。观察两组治疗总有效率,治疗3个月、6个月时复发率,不良反应发生率及皮损消退时间。结果:总有效率观察组为97.7%(42/43),对照组为83.7%(36/43),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月时,对照组复发7例(16.28%,7/43),观察组无复发,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗后6个月时,观察组复发1例(2.33%,1/43),对照组复发8例(18.60%,8/43),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为11.63%(5/43)、16.28%(7/43),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。皮损消退时间观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪苡退疣方治疗扁平疣临床效果显著,可明显降低复发率,减少不良反应。Objective: To observe curative effects of Qiyi Tuiyou prescription in the treatment of flat wart.Methods: Using randomized control method, 86 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 43 cases each group. The control group were given liquid nitrogen freezing and recombinant human interferon α-2 b gel for external use, and the observation group by modified Qiyi Tuiyou prescription. To observe total effective rate between both groups, the relapse rate the incidence of adverse reaction and skin lesion vanishing time three and six months after treating.Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.7%(42/43),higher than 83.7%(36/43) of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05). In three months after treating, seven cases replapsed in the control group(16.28%, 7/43), no relapse in the observation group,the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05);in six months after treating, one case relapsed in the observation group(2.33%, 1/43), and eight cases in the control group(18.60%, 8/43), the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05). Adverse reaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 11.63%(5/43) and 16.28%(7/43), and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).The observation group was shorter than the control group in skin lesion vanishing time(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qiyi Tuiyou prescription in treating flat wart could obtain notable clinical effects, it could notably reduce relapse rate and adverse reaction notably.
