摘 要:浇灌混凝土支护是高应力软岩巷道支护的重要措施,但也存在着无法接顶的情况,使得支护强度无法达到设计要求,巷道过早发生变形破坏。基于混凝土发气膨胀机理,本文研究不同配比下膨胀混凝土力学性能,确定巷道顶板壁后充填的膨胀混凝土配比参数,并通过对比现场试验前后巷道应力、变形变化情况,得出采用膨胀混凝土能够有效解决巷道接顶问题,并为提高巷道的稳定性和支护效果提供了重要的作用。The pouring concrete support is an important measure for the support of high-stress soft rock roadway,but there are also cases where the roof cannot be connected,so that the support strength cannot meet the design requirements,and the roadway is damaged prematurely.Based on the mechanism of concrete gas expansion,this paper studies the mechanical properties of foamed concrete under different proportions,determines the proportion of expansion concrete filled in the roadway wall,and compares the stress and deformation of the roadway before and after the field test.Concrete can effectively solve the problem of roadway roofing and provide an important role for improving the stability and support effect of roadway.
