电子皮带称在ISA熔炼工艺配料自动控制系统中的应用

摘　　要：在ISA生产工艺中,原料的种类多,配料成分变化大,各种物料的配料比例也会根据生产的要求随时变化,为确保ISA熔炼炉生产流程的顺畅,冰铜品位、渣含铜等生产指标达到控制目标,必须对各种物料进行准确计量及精确控制各种物料的下料量。电子皮带称作为整个配料系统的核心设备,最大限度地满足了生产需求。本文详细叙述电子皮带称的结构,称重传感器和测速传感器的工作原理,电子皮带称的计量原理,电子皮带称远程控制原理以及电子皮带称的标定。根据笔者在电子皮带称实际应用过程中积累的经验,总结了称重传感器和测速传感器的常规故障检查步骤,详细分析和阐述了如何利用称重控制器的智能校验功能查找故障的特例,如何利用电子皮带称的数字滤波功能和PID参数整定功能消除双层电子皮带称料量检测波动大的故障现象。There are many kinds of material,variety of material components and largely changing of feeding proportion of material in the process of ISA production.To ensure fluent processing of ISA production and control copper content in matte and slag to reach the objects,all kinds of material must be measured and controlled precisely.The electronic belt scales which are the core devices of whole system meet the production requirement mostly.This article describes the structure of electronic belt scale,the principle of weight sensor and speed sensor,the measurement principle and the remote control principle and calibration of electronic belt scale.According to the experience which was accumulated in the process of the electronic belt scale’s application,they are summarized that the general checking step of weight sensor and speed sensor’s malfunctions.The examples are analyzed and described that how to check out the failure of the electric belt scale with intelligent calibration function in the weight controller,and how to eliminate the measurement fluctuation of double layer electric belt scale with the functions of the digital filter and adjusting parameter of PID.
