摘 要:目的考察微滤法澄清枳实、苦参和金银花中药水提液的效果。方法对枳实、苦参和金银花中药水提液采用Al2O3陶瓷微滤膜进行微滤,对水提液在固形物、性状、膜通量、指标成分等方面微滤前后的变化进行比较分析。结果中药水提液微滤前均为浑浊液体,微滤后成为颜色变浅的澄清透明液体,有效成分保留率为77%~84%,总固形物去除率为36%~40%。结论陶瓷膜微滤技术对枳实、苦参和金银花中药水提液具有较好的澄清除杂效果。Objective To study the clarifying effect of water extracts of Chinese medicine of Citrus aurantium,Sophora flavescens and Lonicera japonica by microfiltration method.Methods The water extracts of Citrus aurantium,Sophora flavescens and Lonicera japonica were microfiltered with Al2O3 ceramic microfiltration membranes.The changes of the water extracts before and after microfiltration were compared and analyzed in terms of solids,properties,membrane flux,and index components.Results The water extracts of Chinese medicine were all turbid liquids before microfiltration,and became clear and transparent liquids with lighter color after microfiltration.The effective ingredient retention rate was 77% to 84%,and the total solids removal rate was 36% to 40%.Conclusion Ceramic membrane microfiltration technology has a better clarification and impurity removal effect on the water extracts of Chinese medicine of Citrus aurantium,Sophora flavescens and Lonicera japonica.
