摘　　要：目的探讨应用改良Munro评估量表评估手术患者的压疮风险,对其实施针对性护理的效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年11月南昌大学第二附属医院收治的120例择期手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规方式进行干预,观察组以改良Munro评估量表,评估患者基本状况后,根据压疮发生风险,实施针对性护理干预。比较两组患者压疮发生情况及住院时间。结果观察组患者压疮发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以改良Munro评估量表为依据为患者实施针对性护理干预效果理想,有利于减少压疮的发生,缩短患者住院时间,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application of modified Munro assessment scale to assess the risk of pressure ulcer in surgical patients,and the effect of targeted nursing on them.Methods A total of 120 cases of surgical patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from June 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,the observation group was based on the modified Munro evaluation scale,after evaluating the basic condition of the patients,according to the risk of pressure ulcers,carrid out targeted nursing intervention.The incidence of pressure ulcers and the duration of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group was 5.0%,which was lower than that in the control group(16.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the modified Munro evaluation scale,it is ideal for patients to implement targeted nursing intervention,which is helpful to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and shorten hospital stay of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
