摘　　要：目的分析输尿管镜联合拦截网篮治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石的可行性。方法选取2018年1月~2019年9月于江西省宜春市中医院接受治疗的60例输尿管上段嵌顿性结石患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用输尿管镜治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合拦截网篮治疗。比较两组的结石清除率、手术情况、术后并发症总发生率。结果观察组的结石清除率高于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的治疗费用、住院时间及术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管镜联合拦截网篮治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石的效果确切,利于提高结石清除率,减少手术时间,降低术后并发症发生率,具有较高的临床可行性。Objective To analyze the feasibility of ureteroscope combined with intercepting net basket in the treatment of incarcerated calculi in upper ureter.Methods A total of 60 patients with upper ureteral incarcerated calculi who were treated in Yichun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ureteroscope,and the observation group was treated with a combined intercepting net basket on the basis of the control group.The stone removal rate,operation status,and total postoperative complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The stone removal rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the treatment cost,hospital stay and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscope combined with intercepting net basket is effective in the treatment of incarcerated calculi in the upper segment of ureter,which is beneficial to improve the clearance rate of calculus,reduce the operation time and the incidence of postoperative complications,it has high clinical feasibility.
