摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈扩张球囊在足月妊娠引产中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月~2019年12月于新余市人民医院接受引产术的80例足月妊娠孕妇,根据引产方式不同分为对照组(41例)和观察组(39例)。对照组通过缩宫素促进子宫收缩引产,观察组接受缩宫素联合宫颈扩张球囊行引产术,对比两组Bishop评分、引产成功率、产程。结果引产12 h后,观察组Bishop评分高于对照组,引产成功率高于对照组,临产时间和总产程短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈扩张球囊在足月妊娠引产中应用效果较好,能有效促进宫颈成熟,提升引产成功率,缩短产程,临床可推广使用。Objective To investigate the application effect of cervical dilation balloon in induced labor of full-term pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 full-term pregnant women who underwent induced labor in Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All selected pregnant women were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(39 cases)according to the different induced labor methods.The pregnant women in the control group were given Oxytocin to promote uterine contraction and induced labor,and the pregnant women in the observation group were given Oxytocin combined with cervical dilation balloon for induced labor.The Bishop score,success rate of induced labor,and stage of labor were compared between the two groups.Results The Bishop score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after induced labor for 12 h,the success rate of induced labor in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the parturient time and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical dilation balloon in induced labor of full-term pregnancy has better application effect,it can effectively promote cervical ripeness,increase the success rate of induced labor,and shorten the stage of labor,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
