摘　　要：目的探讨指压穴位配合足反射疗法在改善胃癌术后呃逆中的效果。方法选取2015年2月~2015年6月南昌大学附属赣州市人民医院收治的76例胃癌术后呃逆患者为研究对象,按照性别、年龄等采用分层随机法分为观察组(38例)与对照组(38例)。对照组采用山莨菪碱穴位注射法治疗,观察组加用手指按压穴位配合足部反射区按摩法。比较两组的呃逆症状改善情况及发作频率、持续时间。结果治疗后观察组的额呃逆症状改善程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1 d,观察组的发作频率为(8.3±2.6)次/d,持续时间为(10.3±2.6)min/次,低于对照组的(12.5±1.4)次/d、(14.2±3.5)min/次;治疗后2 d,两组的发作频率、持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论指压穴位配合足反射疗法可有效改善胃癌术后呃逆的发作频率及持续时间,可用于临床治疗。Objective To explore the effect of acupressure points combined with foot reflex therapy on improving hiccup after gastric cancer surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients who had hiccup after radical surgery for gastric cancer in Ganzhou People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanchang University from February 2015 to June 2015 were selected as the research subjects.According to the stratified randomization method of gender and age,the patients were divided into the observation group(38 cases)and the control group(38 cases).The control group was treated with Anisodamine Acupoint Injections,and the observation group was additionally given acupressure points combined with foot reflex massage.The improvement of hiccup symptoms and the attack frequency and duration were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement of hiccup symptoms in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 d after treatment,the attack frequency and duration were(8.3±2.6)times/d and(10.3±2.6)min/times in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group of(12.5±1.4)times/d and(14.2±3.5)min/times.At 2 d after treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the attack frequency and duration between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupressure points combined with foot reflex therapy can effectively improve the attack frequency and duration of hiccup after gastric cancer surgery,and can be used for clinical treatment.
