摘　　要：从种业科技创新评价、种子生产与推广、种子企业发展等方面出发,对辽宁现代种业发展现状及发展中存在的主要问题进行剖析,并对辽宁现代种业发展提出对策建议。From the aspects of scientific and technological innovation evaluation,seed production and promotion,and seed enterprises development,the current situation and the main problems existing of Liaoning modern seed industry were analyzed.These would put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern seed industry in Liaoning Province.
