摘  要:综合考虑发热体与工作区零件的辐射传热以及各零件间的热传导,采用有限元软件COMSOL模拟了ZT-40-20型热压烧结炉制备WC-TiC-Co陶瓷刀具材料过程的温度场分布。结果表明:在高温烧结结束时,升温速率越低,陶瓷坯体心部的温度越接近烧结温度;而进入保温阶段后,在不同升温速率下烧结的陶瓷坯体,其心部温度均缓慢升高并趋于稳定。在高温烧结阶段,随着烧结时间的延长,陶瓷坯体的径向温差逐渐减小,且在任一烧结时刻下,升温速率越低,其径向温差越小,但升温速率过低时,烧结时间过长,适宜的升温速率为10℃/min。随着保温时间的延长,陶瓷坯体的整体温度逐渐升高,径向温差逐渐减小,当保温时间为30 min时,陶瓷坯体各点的温度基本接近烧结温度,且径向温差显著降低。Considering heat radiation between heating element and parts in the work area and heat conduction among the parts, the temperature field of ZT-40-20 hot-pressing sintering furnace during the preparation of WC-TiC-Co ceramic tool material was simulated by COMSOL finite element software. The results show that at the end of high-temperature sintering,the lower the heating rate is, the closer the core temperature of the ceramic body is to the sintering temperature;as the sintering process enters the heat preservation stage, the core temperature of the ceramic body sintered at different heating rates increases slowly and then stabilized at a certain value. In the high temperature sintering stage, as the sintering time is extended, the radial temperature difference of the ceramic body gradually decreases;meanwhile, at any sintering time, the lower the heating rate is, the smaller the radial temperature difference of the green body is, but when the heating rate is too low, the sintering time is too long, therefore the suitable heating rate is 10 ℃/min. With the holding time increasing, the overall temperature of the ceramic body gradually increases, and the radial temperature difference gradually decreases. When the holding time is 30 min, the temperature of each point of the ceramic body approaches to the sintering temperature, and the radial temperature difference significantly reduces.
