摘 要:对1.4418马氏体不锈钢进行不同温度的深冷试验,分别采用冲击试验机和扫描电子显微镜对不同温度下的试样进行冲击性能测试及断口检测,研究了该马氏体不锈钢的低温冲击性能。结果表明,在25^-90℃,1.4418马氏体不锈钢具有优越的低温冲击性能,随温度的降低,其冲击吸收功变化较小。-115℃下的低温冲击功出现一次明显下降,较室温的冲击吸收功降低了38.27%,但仍然具有一定的塑性变形特征;在-165℃下1.4418马氏体不锈钢发生明显的韧脆转变,断裂机理为典型的解理断裂。该数据结果能够为1.4418马氏体不锈钢低温下的应用提供有效指导。The cryogenic test of 1.4418 martensitic stainless steel at different temperatures was carried out. The impact test machine and scanning electron microscope were used to test the impact performance and fracture surface of the samples at different temperatures, and the low temperature impact performance of the martensite stainless steel was studied. The results show that 1.4418 martensitic stainless steel has superior low temperature impact performance at 25--90 ℃. With the decrease of temperature, the impact absorption work changes a little. At -115 ℃, the impact work at low temperature decreases by 38.27% compared with that at room temperature, but it still has certain plastic deformation characteristics. At -165 ℃, 1.4418 martensite stainless steel has obvious ductile brittle transition, and the fracture mechanism is typical cleavage fracture. The results can provide effective guidance for the application of 1.4418 martensite stainless steel at low temperature.
