摘  要:西北强风区变电站中依据国家标准采用的纯铝设备线夹频繁发生断裂事故。为探究其原因,在自主设计的线夹摆动疲劳试验机上对纯铝线夹进行了疲劳试验,并进行了金相分析、力学性能测试。通过断口分析,描述了裂纹起源的原因。结果表明:纯铝线夹在7~8级风力下,局部所受应力超出其屈服强度进而发生低周疲劳断裂。最后,提出了细化材料晶粒及改善材料组织性能均匀性的改进意见。In the substation of northwest strong wind area, the pure aluminum equipment clamp adopted according to the national standard frequently breaks. In order to find out the reason, the fatigue test of pure aluminum clamp was carried out on the independently designed clamp swing fatigue test machine, and the metallographic analysis and mechanical property test were carried out. Through the fracture analysis, the cause of the crack origin was described. The results show that the local stress of pure aluminum wire clamp exceeds its yield strength and low cycle fatigue fracture occurs under 7-8 wind force.Finally, The improvement opinions of refining the grain and improving the homogeneity of the structure and properties of the material are put forward.
